The Frazetta Art Museum stands behind the legacy of Frank Frazetta and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Artwork

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective tubes or boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our museum headquarters in East Stroudsburg, PA.

• 4.
  Process and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
